Dr Leila is absolutely amazing. She is very professional, thorough, kind & understanding. The best GP I've ever had. If you've had bad experiences with GPs or looking for a new GP I highly recommend Dr Leila. She doesn't rush or just try & get rid of you or give you generic medications like other GPs.

FINALLY have found a doctor that actually cares. Dr Khan has listened to my concerns AND actually has investigated into this without prescribing unnecessary medication. Reception is also helpful and friendly.

I was seeing Dr. Kapadia for my pregnancy, but I have since left due to his unprofessional attitude toward me. The last straw was when I asked him for help with a centrelink form which asked for proof of my medical condition and he simply refused to even read over the paperwork saying it was too difficult for him and he couldn't sign it because I was still employed. The appointment ended when he began raising his voice at me and saying that I was only thinking about myself, acting as though I was asking something unreasonable. Strongly recommend not seeing Dr. Kapadia if you prefer seeing a doctor who genuinely cares for their patients.

My partner went there to get a medical document signed to say she has low blood pressure Because she’s due in 3 months so she could apply to job seeker and a doctor there yelled at her and didn’t even look at the form saying it would be difficult for him to do and yelled at my pregnant partner. I found out when they got home and she was upset and didn’t know why he reacted that way. In any case I’m furious and not happy! Under no circumstances are doctors allowed to yell at their pregnant patients whatsoever. I want to go give that doctor a piece of my mind but I feel as though I’d do something I shouldn’t so I’m writing to you to let you know our experience there. I don’t like you mate (dr kapadia)

Doctor Kapadia was very rude as soon as I enter the room . It was my first time to see this doctor for a medical certificate that the hospital ask me to get form the doctor , I will never see this doctor is my life.

This medical centre has suffered (in my opinion) since it moved to James Street. I was a patient of Dr Gutta at Marketplace (awesome doctor) and then Dr Vishnu at James Street (also fantastic doctor) but they have both now moved on and I have had a couple of appointments with Dr Anand. I won't be going back to this medical centre. I had to get a second opinion on advice given to me by Dr Anand and the treatment plan I received at another centre was far more successful. Dr Vishnu had also treated the same diagnosis with more success. The reception staff are also not friendly like the ones at Marketplace were, nursing staff are lovely.
